types_of_anemiasBasically, Anemia refers to a condition where there is a deficiency of blood. This blood disorder occurs in the body, when the amount of the RBCs reduces significantly. The RBCs are encompassing of the hemoglobin, which is a protein and is composed of Heme. The hemoglobin is extremely vital in order to transfer the oxygen from our lungs to other body parts. Usually, the fabrication of the hemoglobin relies on the dietary intake of protein and iron. Most of the red cells live for a hundred and twenty days. However they are repaired and again destroyed on daily basis. The deficiency of Anemia could not only be genetically transferred but also it could be caused due to various reasons such as unceasing loss of blood, deficit of iron, deficit of vitamin B12 and folate acid and destruction of RBCs.

genetic-anemia1The United States of America has the highest number of patients in the world that are suffering from anemia. Though the standard of living in this nation is highest as compared to other nations of the world, more than twenty million anemia patients are found in America. Mostly, the anemia is caused due to deficiency in nutrition and unwholesome diet. The Americans normally consume food stuffs that are rich in fat and protein, so their diet is not balanced. Most people think that the anemia is caused due to deficiency of iron in the blood cells. However, in fact the hemoglobin deficiency in the RBCs and the disability of blood to mobilize the oxygen in all the body cells causes anemia.

Anemia

anemia1Anemia causes largely due to deficiency of vitamin B such as folic acid, vitamin B12 and lack of iron. Vitamin B Complex is highly significant in the cases of anemia and they mainly help in producing red blood cells. Lack of folic acid also could be a cause of Anemia as it is crucial for the formation of healthy blood cells in the bone marrow. The deficiency of vitamin B12 is a responsible element in causing destructive anemia. It is found plenty in animal protein and some plant based foods. B12 contributes largely and essentially in formation of new blood cells, maintenance of growth and the myelination of nerve and brain fibers. A deficiency of B12 would result in destruction of blood cells quickly after formation. It is advisable that those people mainly consuming vegetarian food and avoid any animal products should add the supplement of b12 with their routine diet. The herbs chlorella and Spirulina contains vitamin B12 in remarkable volume. Vitamin E is significant in aiding the assimilation of organic iron such as ferrous sulfate which is frequently prescribed for anemia. Vitamin E helps iron to be absorbed by the cells. Ferric iron is used in many iron supplements is like rust and is poorly assimilated by the body. Both ferric and ferrous iron added to the food can be deposited in the liver and can cause constipation. Vitamin C largely improves the absorption of iron from plant based foods. It has been observed that people who frequently consume tea, coffee and chocolate are found either anemic or having the deficiency of iron. The tea or coffee should not be taken more than a cup after the meal. There are some natural ways to get iron like fresh fruits and vegetable juices are the best way to provide the required quota of iron, immediately. The beetroot juice is a great natural source that helps in building red blood cells count in anemia and improve the blood. It is very strong drink but could be added with other juices and taken.

reasons-jaundice1Jaundice is a disease where your whites of the sclerae and possibly your skin develop a yellowish colour. The reason for this is too much of bilirubin in the blood and the term is called as hyperbilirubinemia. Normally bilirubin is made up from old red blood cells in the spleen. The bilirubin then goes to the liver, where it’s combined with other molecules to make bile. The bile juice helps in breaking down the fats into a form body can use.

jaundiceJaundice is not a disease but rather a sign that can occur in many different diseases. The term icterus is synonymous with jaundice. Yellow staining of the skin and sclerae (the whites of the eyes) by unusually high blood levels of the bile pigment bilirubin. The yellowing extends to other tissues and body fluids. Jaundice was once called the “morbus regius” (the regal disease) in the belief that only the touch of a king could cure it.

The same symptoms can be seen when an individual is having urinary tract infection (UTI) or cystitis. Renal colic is a term which defines as the severe pain of kidney. The pain begins when the stone stuck in the ureter and tries to come into the waves. The pain is not usually associated with the size of the stone even a small stone can cause more pain than very large ones. If the size of the stone is small then usually it passes out of the body within a day or so and mostly within four weeks of the onset of symptoms.
However, in the early stages the kidney stones do not show any symptoms. On the other hand, the symptoms may be very self-effacing or only one of them may occur. If just one of the kidney stones symptoms appears, the people do not take it too seriously. Some other causes are accounted for it. Due to the happening of the kidney stones, the patients feel pain in the abdomen. This is the most common kidney stones symptom. Generally, this pain begins from a mild one and it goes on increasing as the stone may grow in size.
Secondly, they experience pain during urination and menstruation. This happens if the stone chunk the flow of the urine form the kidney to the urinary tract. This ache can be very serious depending on the obstruction that the stone proves to be for the urine. Similar thing happens during the menstruation. If it becomes very painful then there is a need of medication.
Other symptom of passing a kidney stone is observed during the urination, other problems with the urine also occur.
