hemophiliaThe root cause of Hemophilia is a blood disorder that is linked to the x-chromosome and in some cases it appears due to genetic transformation. In hemophilia, the element that helps in clotting blood is not working properly, due to that even a small injury could be proved fatal or unbearable. It is genetic and comes through the hereditary sources from the parents. The gene is responsible for generating and managing that clotting factor is damaged. It comes from mother to son and from father to the daughter due to its link to the x-chromosome. There are two types of hemophilia is observed – hemophilia A and B. Hemophilia A is most commonly observed which is due to lack of protein that helps in clotting the blood. Hemophilia B is normally caused by lack of factor IX which is a different blood clotting factor and not so common like hemophilia A. It could range from mild to severe. The mild attack of hemophilia is not fatal for the life. While severe hemophilia results into spontaneous bleeding and normally observed into the joints and muscles. Hemophilia is the condition where the bleeding takes longer to stop the flow. It proves dangerous when the bleeding starts from the joints or muscles. The hemophilia patient is normally offered the missing blood clothing factors or mixture is also given on a regular basis to ensure that the clotting factors maintain the optimum levels all the time.

The eyes will be moist from the irritation in the nose; sore throat, wheezing and conjunctivitis are also some of the common reactions observed. Looking at the history of symptoms, a doctor can diagnose hay fever. Skin testing is also performed to decide specific sensitivity to specific allergens. It says prevention is better than cure; try to cover your face with protective mask for filtering pollen while going out during early mornings and evenings when the level of pollen is high. Sometimes people see bad dream and scream loudly in the sleep. Nightmares can be remembered but night terrors cannot be memorized. Nightmares normally causing into small children during early morning hours between 4 – 6 am and night terror has a different time slot then nightmare and that is between 1 – 3 am.  The child who has the passed through the phase of night terrors will not respond to any comfort compared to the child experiencing a nightmare. Night terror occurs during deep state of sleep where as night mare happens during REM sleep. The attack of night terror and nightmare can have explosive onset and abrupt offset. Night terror is generally combined with labored breathing and racing heart, the nightmare does not observe these symptoms. The night terror differs from nightmare in many ways and people should understand the difference between these two similar looking problems. Both the situations are largely occurs due to insecurity.
