The RBCs are encompassing of the hemoglobin, which is a protein and is composed of Heme. The hemoglobin is extremely vital in order to transfer the oxygen from our lungs to other body parts. Usually, the fabrication of the hemoglobin relies on the dietary intake of protein and iron. Most of the red cells live for a hundred and twenty days. This blood disorder occurs in the body, when the amount of the RBCs reduces significantly. However they are repaired and again destroyed on daily basis. The deficiency of Anemia could not only be genetically transferred but also it could be caused due to various reasons such as unceasing loss of blood, deficit of iron, deficit of vitamin B12 and folate acid and destruction of RBCs.

The most imperative mineral in our body is iron. It increases the circulation of blood in our body in order to foster our body cells. It also augments the level of oxygen and removes carbon dioxide from our blood. Iron aligns with the copper and zinc in order to provide the above stated benefits to our body. Basically, the mineral iron could not be absorbed easily. Most of the iron in our body is wasted due to less intake of Vitamin C. This causes anemia.

Pernicious anemia is caused due to deficit of the vitamin B 12 and folate acid in our body. Both these vitamins are extremely crucial for the breeding of RBCs. The destruction of the RBC that are caused due to contraceptive pills, anti cancer drugs, alcohol etc could be replaced by these vitamins. You must eat raw food in order to gain these vitamins. The deficit of Vitamin B12 and folate acid i.e. pernicious anemia is normally found in those people who only consume cooked food stuffs.

Constant loss of blood due to any reason could cause anemia. Most of the reasons of anemia due to blood loss are menstruation, hemorrhoids, peptic ulcer and cancer. Also the Hemolytic anemia is caused due to an outsized destruction of RBCs. If the RBCs that are damaged are not produced on the same extent, due to the defective hemoglobin synthesis (DHS), artery trauma, or the immunity system produced antibodies harming the RBC; then the Hemolytic Anemia is caused.

However, there are some home remedies which could be used to recover from lower level of Anemia such as eating apples daily, consuming ascorbic acid, intake of vitamin B12, avoiding tea or coffee, eating beets, bathing with cold water etc.
